Estuate Software is seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect - Mobile to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of world-class mobile applications.

This role is ideal for a strong mobile engineering leader with deep hands-on expertise across Android, iOS, and cross platform frameworks, combined with the ability to guide teams, define technical strategy, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Technical Leadership :

- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications across Android, iOS, and React Native ecosystems.

- Define application architecture using MVVM, MVI, UDF, Jetpack libraries, and modern mobile frameworks.

- Drive pixel-perfect UI and experience working closely with UI/UX teams using tools such as Figma, Zeplin, Material Design 3, Jetpack Compose, Tailwind CSS.

- Provide guidance on modern mobile architecture including Fabric renderer, TurboModules, JSI, and native integrations.

Project Delivery & Team Management :

- Lead and mentor teams of 10-30 developers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure high-quality delivery.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards and performance guidelines.

- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to refine requirements and prioritize features.

Mobile Engineering Execution :

- Oversee complete mobile SDLC - design, development, performance tuning, testing, and deployment.

- Integrate backend services using REST, GraphQL, Retrofit, Apollo, WebSockets.

- Implement security best practices including Play Integrity API, app encryption, biometric authentication, secure API integration, and threat mitigation.

Cloud & AI/ML Integration :

- Integrate mobile apps with AWS, Azure, and GCP for scalable, cloud-enabled features.

- Leverage AI/ML tools such as Amazon Q, Gemini, Copilot Studio, ML Kit,TensorFlow Lite to design intelligent app features (predictive analytics, NLP, recommendation systems).

DevOps & CI/CD :

- Work with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane) to enable automated builds, testing, and distribution.

- Manage releases on App Store, Play Store, and oversee TestFlight/Beta testing.

- Mobile Platforms : Android (Kotlin/Java), iOS (Swift/Objective-C), React Native, ReactJS.

- Frameworks/SDKs : Jetpack libraries, Compose, Retrofit, Stripe SDK, Maps SDK, Salesforce SDK.

- Architecture : MVVM, MVI, Redux, MobX, Dagger/Hilt, UDF.

- Cloud : AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.

- AI/ML : ML Kit, TFLite, predictive modeling, recommendation systems.

- Tools : ADB, JUnit, Espresso, Mockito, Jest, Detox, Firebase Crashlytics.

Leadership & Delivery :

- 12+ years of experience in mobile application development and architecture.

- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across multiple enterprise projects.

- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, resource allocation, and project management.

Education :

- BE/BTech in Computer Science or equivalent.

- PGD in Mobile Computing (preferred).

- AWS Cloud Practitioner

- Advanced Kotlin

- AI/Copilot Studio certifications
