Key Responsibilities :

- Customize and develop ERPNext modules based on business requirements.

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Frappe Framework.

- Create custom DocTypes, Reports, Print Formats, Scripts, Workflows, and Dashboards.

- Develop and maintain REST API integrations with third-party applications.

- Perform ERPNext installation, configuration, deployment, and upgrades.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support to users.

- Optimize system performance and ensure application security.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to understand business needs.

- Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and deployment guides.

- Conduct testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure quality standards.

- Assist in data migration, import/export activities, and system enhancements.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with ERPNext and Frappe Framework.

- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.

- Experience in ERPNext customization, scripting, and workflow automation.

- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.

- Experience with MariaDB/MySQL databases.

- Familiarity with Linux environments and server management.

- Understanding of Git version control and deployment processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in ERP implementation and support projects.

- Knowledge of business processes such as Manufacturing, HR, Payroll, Finance, CRM, Procurement, and Inventory.

- (Preferred profiles who having knowledge of Manufacturing)

- Experience with cloud deployment platforms and Docker is an advantage.

- ERPNext/Frappe certifications will be an added advantage.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
