Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Software Engineer to join our Packaging Division and play a key role in accelerating the development of the CBS product. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on software development expertise along with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

This role requires a balance of technical excellence, ownership of deliverables, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using .NET Core

- Apply Entity Framework to optimize SQL queries and handle complex data scenarios

- Analyze, debug, and resolve technical and performance issues

- Ensure code quality and maintainability through :

- Adherence to best coding practices

- Code reviews

- Performance tuning and optimization

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including :

a. DevOps

b. Quality Assurance (QA)

- Contribute to the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from design to deployment

- Follow Agile development practices and actively participate in Agile ceremonies

- Support continuous improvement in development processes and solution quality

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in .NET and .NET Core

- Hands-on experience with SQL Server

- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs

- Practical experience using Entity Framework

- Relevant hands-on experience with Angular

- Working knowledge of version control systems, such as Git

Methodologies & Tools :

- Proven experience working in Agile development environments

- Strong understanding of SDLC processes
