Job Summary & Responsibilities :

- Strong knowledge in WebSphere Portlet development using JSR 168 and JSR 286.

- Strong knowledge of Java and J2EE.

- Experience in developing web applications using J2EE, EJB, Struts, and Spring.

- Proficiency in integrating applications with IBM MQ.

- Solid experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.

- Good understanding of XML, JDBC, and SQL queries with Oracle DB

- Hands-on experience with WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere Portal Server

- Core skills and technologies

- Microsoft Visual Studio: The primary development environment.

- ClearPath ePortal: The core technology used to connect new applications to legacy systems.

- Server-side programming: Uses .NET and server-side code to implement functionality.

- Web Technologies: Creates web forms and mobile interfaces using ePortal's custom controls.

- Command-line tools: Automates build, stage, and deploy operations using command-line scripting.
