About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java and Angular to join our engineering team.

The role involves designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java-based backend development, Angular-based frontend development, REST APIs, databases, and modern software development practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable applications using Java and Angular.

- Develop backend services and business logic using Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot.

- Build responsive, user-friendly, and reusable frontend components using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate frontend applications with backend services.

- Work with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar databases, including writing optimized SQL queries.

- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.

- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve application scalability, reliability, and response time.

- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following established coding standards.

- Perform code reviews and contribute to improving development practices and engineering quality.

- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate fixes.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.

- Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application quality and reliability.

- Contribute to technical design discussions and provide inputs on application architecture and technology decisions.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in Java and Angular development.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Java development.

- Strong experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.

- Good understanding of object-oriented programming, collections, multithreading, exception handling, and Java design principles.

- Strong experience in Angular and TypeScript.

- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive UI development.

- Strong experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Good understanding of microservices architecture and distributed application development.

- Experience with relational databases and SQL.

- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

- Experience with Git or other version-control systems.

- Knowledge of application performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting.

- Good understanding of secure coding practices and application development standards.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with cloud-based application environments.

- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Experience with automated testing frameworks.

- Exposure to design patterns and enterprise application architecture.

- Experience working with high-volume, scalable applications.
