About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Solution Architect who can collaborate across technology and business teams to drive strategic initiatives and deliver scalable, cloud-native, AI-enabled solutions. This role requires strong architectural leadership, hands-on engineering expertise, and a deep understanding of modern technology stacks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to drive strategic technology initiatives.

- Partner with engineering teams to influence and adopt modern tech stack, enterprise platforms, AI, data, and integrations.

- Lead solution design, architecture reviews, and evaluation of new technologies.

- Drive PoCs and rapid prototyping for emerging technologies and innovative use cases.

- Conduct industry assessments and benchmarking to recommend modern technology adoption.

- Work as a technology thought leader and innovation champion.

- Support development of enterprise platforms and cloud-native applications in Agile environments.

Education :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Required Experience :

- 12+ years in software engineering or enterprise systems design.

- Minimum 3+ years in software development.

- At least 2+ years in architecture or solution design roles.

- Experience working in large-scale digital, cloud-native, or enterprise-grade environments.

Technical Skills (Must-Have) :

- Strong experience with Java technologies and advanced frameworks (Spring Boot, REST, Microservices).

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML and GenAI tools, platforms, and data engineering concepts.

- Cloud architecture knowledge (AWS / Azure / GCP), containerization, and serverless.

- Practical experience with Oracle databases, SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization.

- Strong exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and modern engineering best practices.
