Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage teams across SOC, GRC, and Security Engineering.

- Drive execution, SLA adherence, operational governance, and delivery excellence.

- Conduct performance management, coaching, and team development initiatives.

- Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and capability building.

- Partner with cybersecurity leaders to align operations with business objectives.

- Drive process improvements, automation, standardization, and audit readiness.

- Monitor cybersecurity metrics, risks, and program effectiveness.

Skills Required :

- 10 - 12 years of cybersecurity experience across SOC, GRC, and/or Security Engineering.

- 3+ years of people management experience in a matrix or global environment.

- Strong understanding of :

1. Security Operations (SOC, Incident Response, SIEM).

2. Governance, Risk & Compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST, Regulatory Compliance).

3. Security Engineering and Security Controls Stakeholder Management and Delivery Governance.

- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, or equivalent certifications.

- Experience in Healthcare, GCC, or Managed Services environments.

- Exposure to AI-driven security operations and automation.

- Experience supporting HIPAA / HITRUST regulated environments.

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
