We are looking for a Junior Java Developer Backend Engineer who thrives in building robust systems, enjoys tackling loosely defined problems, and is excited to work closely with both product and customer teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business use cases and user needs.

- Build and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and performant APIs.

- Ship new features regularly - weekly or even daily.

- Troubleshoot production issues and work closely with customers to resolve them.

- Drive adoption by building intuitive, well-documented, and developer-friendly features.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java and related technologies.

- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices

- Knowledge of databases and REST API development.

- A builder mindset proactive, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused.

- Passion for developer experience and user-centric development.

- Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred / Good to Have :

- Experience with tools and technologies such as Quarkus, Kafka, Solace, Redis, or Aerospike.

- Exposure to enterprise-grade software systems or financial services platforms.

- Experience building internal tools or SDKs that enhance developer productivity.
