About the Role:

Enphase Energy is looking for a high-potential AI/ML Engineer to join its technology team and work on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI solutions.

This role is suited for strong engineering graduates who are passionate about building intelligent systems, experimenting with modern AI/ML techniques, and developing AI agents and LLM-powered applications.

You will work closely with experienced engineers and product teams to build, evaluate, and deploy AI-driven solutions for real-world business and technology problems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Machine Learning and AI solutions for real-world problems.

- Build and experiment with Agentic AI systems, AI agents, and LLM-powered applications.

- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks.

- Develop workflows involving tool calling, function calling, reasoning, and multi-step AI agents.

- Design prompts, evaluate model outputs, and improve the reliability and performance of AI applications.

- Apply machine learning and deep learning techniques to build predictive and intelligent solutions.

- Perform data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and experimentation.

- Stay updated with developments in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and Machine Learning.

- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions.

Required Skills:

- Strong fundamentals in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

- Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Familiarity with Agentic AI / AI Agents and LLM-based applications.

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Good understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and concepts.

- Familiarity with ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

- Understanding of concepts such as model training, evaluation, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms and core Computer Science fundamentals.

Preferred Skills:

- Academic or personal projects involving AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI.

- Exposure to frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI-agent frameworks.

- Experience working with APIs of LLM providers or open-source LLMs.

- Familiarity with RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and AI evaluation.

- Exposure to cloud platforms or AI/ML deployment is a plus.

Eligibility:

- B. Tech/B. E. in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a closely related discipline.

- Graduates from Tier-1 institutes, including IITs, NITs, BITS, and other premier engineering institutes.

- 80%+ academic performance / CGPA preferred.

- 0 - 1 years of experience, including fresh graduates with strong academic records and relevant AI/ML projects.

- Strong coding, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
