About the Role :

We are looking for a high-energy Engineering Team Lead to bridge the gap between complex system architecture and high-performing code. Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership : Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable system architectures using the MEAN/MERN stack.

- Team Management : Oversee a dedicated development team, conducting code reviews, providing technical mentorship, and fostering a culture of excellence.

- DevOps & Infrastructure : Take ownership of CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure and ensuring seamless deployments to production.

- Release Management : Drive the end-to-end release cycle, coordinating between stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

- Hands-on Development : While this is a leadership role, you aren't afraid to dive into the code to solve critical bottlenecks or architectural challenges.

Technical Requirements :

- Experience : 5+ years of experience in professional software development, with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior capacity.

- Full-Stack Mastery : Expert-level proficiency in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Express.js, React/Angular, and Node.js.

- Proven Track Record : Successful delivery of 3+ significant projects.

- System Design : Deep understanding of distributed systems, database schema design, and API optimization.

- AI Project Portfolio : Must have successfully delivered at least 3+ projects, with significant experience in AI/ML integration (e.g., RAG pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, or AI-driven analytics).

- Infrastructure : Solid working knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and cloud deployment environments.
