Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with 9- 13 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale SaaS products and cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities, driving architecture decisions, managing high-performing engineering teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and multi-tenant software solutions. This role requires hands-on experience with Java, AWS, Kubernetes, microservices, DevOps practices, and modern application architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor engineering teams in the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions.

- Define and drive technical architecture for scalable, secure, and high-performance SaaS platforms.

- Design and implement cloud-native, multi-tenant architectures capable of supporting large-scale business growth.

- Collaborate with product, business, and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Oversee the development of modular and reusable software components to improve scalability and maintainability.

- Drive adoption of engineering best practices, coding standards, design reviews, and quality assurance processes.

- Lead microservices-based application development and containerized deployment strategies.

- Manage Kubernetes environments, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure operations.

- Oversee DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and release management.

- Ensure application security, compliance, reliability, and performance, including adherence to SOC2 requirements.

- Support database architecture, performance optimization, and data management across relational and NoSQL platforms.

- Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and root cause analysis for complex production issues.

- Manage project planning, sprint execution, resource allocation, and engineering delivery commitments.

- Recruit, coach, and develop engineering talent while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 9- 13 years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Development, or Technology Leadership roles.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Java and enterprise application development.

- Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud-native application architectures.

- Hands-on experience with Docker containers, Kubernetes cluster management, and container orchestration.

- Proven expertise in designing and implementing microservices architectures.

- Strong understanding of modular software development and multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

- Experience building highly scalable, distributed, and resilient systems.

- Strong experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring tools.

- Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, and MongoDB.

- Experience with SaaS product architecture and enterprise application design patterns.

- Exposure to Salesforce integrations and enterprise ecosystem platforms is desirable.

- Understanding of security, governance, and compliance frameworks including SOC2.

- Strong leadership experience managing engineering teams and driving technical delivery.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
