Role : Engineering Manager

Role Type : Team Management (5-7 people)

Employment Type : Full-time, onsite/work from office

Base location : Pune - Amanora, Kharadi

Working Days : 5 but should be Flexible to extend as per requirement if any

Communication Skills : Excellent (no compromise)

Key Skills : 7-12 years in Software Development i.e. Designing and Delivering Scalable Systems (Java + Spring) with 3+ years in team management

Other Skills : Solid understanding of message-oriented middleware and PostgreSQL + Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) + Internet Protocols + Virtual Machine Architecture + Rest API + Socket Level Programming + TCP/IP protocol

Preferable Skills : Functional programming and Erlang is a plus.

Joining Time : Immediate Joiner to 30 days (max 45 days considering)

Preferable Gender : Any

Skills Set :

- 7 - 12 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.

- Deep, hands-on experience in designing and delivering scalable systems in Java/Spring.

- Solid understanding of message-oriented middleware and PostgreSQL.

- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

- Knowledge of functional programming and Erlang is a plus.

Deep understanding of :

1. Internet protocols (from application to physical layer)

2. Virtual machine architecture

3. REST API design

4. Single-page applications

5. Socket-level programming, TCP/IP protocol

- Strong exposure to Agile delivery, TDD, CI/CD, QA lifecycle, JIRA, and GitHub.
