What Youll Do :

- Actively contribute to the codebase writing, reviewing, and deploying production-ready code.

- Lead and mentor the engineering team through regular feedback, coaching, and skill development.

- Drive continuous process improvement and foster a strong engineering culture.

- Collaborate with the engineering leadership team to influence technology strategy and direction.

- Design and build scalable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, and SQL.

- Deliver high-quality, well-tested, and maintainable code across the stack.

- Explore and integrate AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance developer productivity.

- Lead Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint reviews, code demos) and ensure delivery excellence.

- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver impactful software.

What Youll Need :

- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.

- Proven engineering management experience.

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend systems.

- Experience or strong interest in AI-driven development and LLMs.

- Strong focus on code quality, testing, and best practices.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Exposure to Python or Node.js.
