What you'll do :

- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers.

- Design and oversee scalable backend and full-stack architectures.

- Stay hands-on, contributing code to critical projects.

- Partner with Product, DevOps, and QA to deliver seamlessly.

- Make key decisions on tech stack, design patterns, and engineering practices.

- Drive continuous improvement in processes, quality, and delivery.

What we're looking for :

- 12 - 14 years in software engineering, including 8 - 10 years leading teams.

- Strong skills in Go/Python, React, and modern web frameworks.

- Deep experience with AWS and/or Azure.

- Solid grounding in SQL/NoSQL databases, performance optimization, and scalability.

- Experience managing complex releases across agile and waterfall.

- A track record of leading digital, member- or customer-facing applications.

- Excellent communication skills with both technical and business audiences.
