Engineering Manager - Full Stack

About the Role :

We are seeking an Engineering Manager - Full Stack Platforms to lead the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end product platforms. This role will own both backend and frontend architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing applications that support core business workflows and customer-facing experiences.

You will work closely with Product, UX, Backend, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, while building and leading high-performing full-stack engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have consistent growth in software engineering roles in consumer Internet or SaaS companies, with increasing ownership in software delivery and people management year on year.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end system architecture across frontend and backend components

What We Look For :

- 10 years of experience in software engineering with 3+ years in engineering management

- Strong hands-on experience across frontend and backend technologies

- Proven experience leading full-stack teams delivering complex applications

- Strong understanding of scalable architecture, APIs, and databases

- Excellent stakeholder communication and people leadership skills

- Strong understanding of computer science concepts, data structures, and algorithms

- Excellent communication skills and a strong inclination towards people growth, team development, and a growth mindset required to build high-performance engineering teams

Tech Stack :

- Backend : Java, Node.js

- Database : MySQL

Bonus Points For :

- Prior experience in BFSI / fintech or high-scale consumer platforms

- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred)

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
