We are looking for a highly hands-on Engineering Manager with strong Full Stack development expertise to lead a team of engineers and drive technical excellence.

Experience : 12 - 18 Years

Work Mode : Hybrid

Team Size : ~6 Engineers

Profile : 80% Hands-on Technical | 20% Team Management

Must Have : GCC Experience

Key Requirements :

- Strong Full Stack Development experience with active coding

- Java & Spring Boot

- Angular & TypeScript

- AWS : EC2, S3, Lambda, EFS, CloudWatch, CodePipeline

- API Gateway : Apigee or similar

- Databases : Oracle / PostgreSQL

- Docker & Kubernetes

- CI/CD : Harness, Jenkins, GitHub Actions

- Monitoring & Observability : New Relic, Splunk or similar

- Application Security : Qualys, Contrast, Twistlock / Prisma Cloud or similar

- Strong experience in architecture, design reviews, production support, and stakeholder management

- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineering teams

What You'll Do :

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of engineers while remaining deeply involved in hands-on development and technical leadership.

- Drive architecture, design, development, code quality, performance, and engineering best practices.

- Work closely with Product, Architecture, Security, and Business teams to build secure, scalable, and high-quality applications.

- Lead technical design discussions, conduct code/design reviews, and drive continuous improvement.

- Own production support, incident resolution, application reliability, and performance improvements.

- Drive CI/CD, automation, observability, application security, and cloud engineering practices.

- Encourage responsible adoption of AI-assisted development tools while maintaining security, quality, and engineering standards
