Engineering Manager - Full Stack

About the Role :

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, mentoring and coaching senior contributors, and driving technical excellence across the full stack. This is a senior role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of 5 to 20 engineers, providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of projects

- Mentor and coach senior contributors to help them reach their full potential

- Drive technical excellence across the full stack, with a focus on distributed systems and cloud-native technologies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical initiatives

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

Required Skills :

- Strong backend foundations in distributed systems, with experience in C#/.NET, Python, Cloud-Native, and Orchestration

- Frontend fluency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript

- 10+ years of experience in software development, with 8+ years in engineering leadership roles

- Proven experience leading teams of engineers and driving technical excellence

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on distributed systems and full stack development

- Strong technical leadership skills, with experience mentoring and coaching senior contributors
