Key Responsibilities :

- Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms. - Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.

- Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.

- Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes-React Native moves fast and often breaks things.

- Maintain code and write unit tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

Minimum Qualifications :

- 8 - 12 years of technical experience, with at least 3 years in immersive/metaverse products.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent stream. Master's degree is a plus.

- Hands-on experience in Software Development using Javascript ReactJS/Reduxjs,

- Proficiency in various databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

- Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.

- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale web applications on the cloud (preferred).

- Good understanding of Docker/Containerized application development.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ReactJS/Redux), HTML, CSS, JQuery, and HTTP.

- Familiarity with XML, JSON, DOM, and W3C standards.

- Solid sense of ownership and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA.

- Experience with enterprise systems development, such as eCommerce, manufacturing, or supply chain solutions.

- Excellent understanding of performance and optimization techniques.

- Proficiency in Git and version control practices.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
