We're hiring : Engineering Manager | Bridgehorn | Hyderabad

Bridgehorn is a Data, Analytics & AI/ML consulting firm working with mid-market leaders across Private Equity, Professional Services, Healthcare, Retail/CPG, and Manufacturing. We're looking for an Engineering Manager to own client delivery and grow our engineering teams. This is a techno-functional role. You'll need deep, hands-on technical depth in software engineering and AI/ML, and the ability to sit across the table from business leaders, understand their problems, and translate them into technical solutions your team can build.

What you'll own :

1. Client Delivery Management :

- End-to-end delivery of data management, software engineering and AI/ML engagements, architecture and code reviews, and acting as the technical point of contact for client stakeholders

2. Team Management & Development :

- Leading, mentoring, and growing engineers across projects, driving technical excellence and career growth

3. Company-level Responsibilities :

- Hiring, engineering best practices, reusable IP, and contributing to Bridgehorn's practice-building

What we're looking for :

- 10 - 12 years of software engineering experience, with real exposure to data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML systems

- Strong fundamentals in system design, coding standards, testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures

- Practical experience building and deploying AI/ML or GenAI solutions

- A track record of managing or mentoring engineering teams

- Excellent stakeholder communication and comfort operating in client-facing settings

- A degree from a Tier-I or Tier-II institute
