As the Engineering Manager at Shorthills AI, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers to develop and deliver groundbreaking artificial intelligence solutions. You will play a key role in shaping the future of AI technology, while also ensuring the success of our engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects on time and within budget.

- Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our engineering processes.

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide regular updates on project status, progress, and challenges.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from Tier I/II Engineering Colleges.

- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of engineers in a technical setting.

- Strong technical background in python, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and/or data science.

- Expertise in software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
