Role Overview :

As an Engineering Manager - AI, you will lead a team of talented engineers in Gurgaon/Gurugram, focused on developing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions. Your day-to-day will involve guiding the team's technical direction, ensuring the successful delivery of AI-powered products, and fostering a culture of innovation.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable and robust AI systems. This role directly impacts our ability to deliver intelligent and personalized experiences to our users, driving significant business value and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering their professional growth.

- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, aligning with overall business objectives.

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and systems, ensuring high quality and performance.

- Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Drive innovation by researching and experimenting with new AI technologies, including LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI infrastructure and applications.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

- Promote best practices for AI development, including code quality, testing, and documentation.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions at scale, including expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and natural language processing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, data science, and other engineering teams.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI development tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
