Role Overview :

As an Engineering Manager for Agentic AI, you will spearhead the design and implementation of autonomous AI systems that redefine how our clients interact with data and automated workflows. You will bridge the gap between traditional enterprise architecture and cutting-edge generative AI, leading a high-performing team of engineers to build scalable, intelligent agents. This role involves close collaboration with product stakeholders and data science teams to ensure that AI integrations are not only technically sound but also deliver measurable business value and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of Agentic AI solutions to automate complex business processes and enhance decision-making capabilities.

- Architect and oversee the integration of Generative AI models with existing .NET Core ecosystems to ensure seamless interoperability and performance.

- Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, code quality, and continuous learning.

- Design robust distributed systems that support the high-concurrency requirements of AI-driven applications, ensuring reliability and low latency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Implement advanced AI frameworks and orchestration tools, such as LangChain, to build sophisticated agentic workflows that solve real-world enterprise problems.

Required Skillset :

- Possess 7 - 12 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of leading technical teams in complex environments.

- Demonstrate deep expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, and .NET architecture, with the ability to design scalable, enterprise-grade applications.

- Exhibit strong proficiency in AI integration, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, specifically in building and deploying agentic workflows.

- Showcase hands-on experience with distributed systems and the ability to manage the complexities of high-scale, cloud-native architectures.

- Demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and mentor junior developers.

- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution.

- Maintain a high level of adaptability to work in a hybrid environment in Hyderabad, effectively managing distributed team dynamics and project timelines.
