- Strong knowledge of testing, code reviews, security, observability, and performance optimization.

- Excellent leadership, mentoring, hiring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience with Agentic AI, RAG, MCP, or AI/ML systems.

- Cloud-native architecture experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
