Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor software engineering teams; run one-on-ones and build career development pathways.

- Design and oversee robust, scalable backend architectures and full-stack solutions; make informed technology and design-pattern decisions.

- Partner with product management, DevOps, and QA to ensure seamless project delivery across agile and waterfall initiatives.

- Manage medium to large-scale development initiatives, including complex release cycles and deployment strategies.

- Continuously improve engineering processes, quality standards, and development practices while identifying and mitigating technical risks.

Skills Required:

- 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in backend architecture and full-stack development

- Java full stack development experience, including backend architecture and system integration.

- Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, and React for full-stack delivery.

- Experience with performance optimization, capacity planning, and scalability troubleshooting.

- Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD and deployment practices, including release management and containerized environments.

Good to Have:

- AWS cloud services and architecture patterns.

- People management experience, including team leadership and performance development.
