Role Overview :

As an Engineering Lead based in Hyderabad, you will serve as the technical anchor for high-impact initiatives, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and scalable software solutions. You will lead cross-functional engineering teams, working closely with global stakeholders and clients to translate strategic goals into robust technical roadmaps. Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams to ensure the timely delivery of complex software solutions that meet stringent client expectations and quality standards.

- Architect scalable systems by applying advanced design patterns and Python-based frameworks to solve intricate business problems efficiently.

- Manage end-to-end client delivery, acting as the primary technical point of contact to ensure transparency, expectation management, and alignment with project milestones.

- Oversee the integration of LLM-based applications and MLOps pipelines into production environments to enhance product intelligence and operational efficiency.

- Drive the full SDLC, from initial requirement gathering and system design to deployment and post-launch optimization, ensuring best practices are followed at every stage.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate high-level business objectives into actionable technical tasks, ensuring the engineering output directly contributes to bottom-line growth.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling production-grade applications using Python, with a deep understanding of design patterns and architectural principles.

- Proven ability to manage the full SDLC, including experience in deploying and maintaining MLOps workflows and LLM-integrated systems in a live environment.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients and influence decision-making at the leadership level.

- Strong experience in engineering management, specifically in guiding teams through the nuances of client delivery and maintaining high standards of code quality and performance.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Hyderabad, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to lead distributed teams effectively.

- A minimum of 6 - 14 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a track record of taking ownership of large-scale technical projects.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in algorithmic thinking and system design.
