Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor Software Engineering Managers and engineering teams.

- Define long-term engineering strategy and technical roadmap.

- Drive software architecture and technology decisions.

- Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance distributed systems.

- Collaborate with Product Management on product vision and execution.

- Promote engineering best practices, code quality, and testing standards.

- Monitor delivery metrics and engineering performance.

- Recruit, coach, and develop engineering talent.

- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

- Communicate technical strategy and project updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

- 15+ years of software engineering experience.

- 5+ years managing engineering managers and large technical teams.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, and Full Stack development.

- Strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms, and scalable architectures.

- Experience delivering products from concept through production.

- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and DevOps practices.

- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.

- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
