Engineering Head - Full Stack Technologies

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Head of Engineering to lead and scale our full-stack engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, ReactJS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks, along with proven leadership experience managing high-performing engineering teams. This role will be responsible for driving technical strategy, overseeing product development, ensuring high-quality architecture, and delivering scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Engineering Leadership :

- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of full-stack engineers, UI developers, and technical leads.

- Define engineering strategy, roadmap, and best practices for development.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high engineering standards.

- Manage team performance, hiring, and technical growth of engineers.

Technical Architecture & Development :

- Drive architecture and development of scalable full-stack applications using Python (backend) and ReactJS / JavaScript (frontend).

- Oversee UI/UX implementation ensuring responsive, high-performance interfaces.

- Ensure adoption of modern engineering practices such as microservices, APIs, and scalable system design.

- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.

Product & Delivery :

- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.

- Drive Agile development practices including sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.

Required Qualifications :

- 12+ years of software development experience, with at least 5+ years in engineering leadership roles.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Python, ReactJS, and JavaScript.

- Experience building modern UI applications and full-stack platforms.

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and scalable backend systems.

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

- Proven experience managing and mentoring large engineering teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Strong understanding of system architecture and performance optimization.

- Experience building high-scale enterprise or SaaS platforms
