Role Overview :

As the Head of Engineering, you will serve as the primary architect and leader of our technical vision, steering the development of high-impact, scalable software solutions. You will work closely with product managers, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional engineering squads to translate complex business requirements into robust, user-centric applications.

Your day-to-day will involve balancing high-level strategic planning with hands-on technical guidance, ensuring our platform remains at the cutting edge of innovation. Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality code that meets aggressive business objectives.

- Architect and oversee the development of full-stack applications, ensuring seamless integration between front-end interfaces and back-end services.

- Integrate advanced LLM capabilities and AI-driven tools like Claude and Copilot into our development lifecycle to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.

- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical feasibility, ensuring that product features provide maximum value to our end customers.

- Establish rigorous engineering standards and best practices, including code reviews and automated testing, to maintain system reliability and performance.

- Drive the evolution of our API strategy, utilizing RESTful and GraphQL architectures to ensure efficient data exchange across our ecosystem.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling full-stack applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of modern web architecture.

- Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse engineering teams, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes professional growth and technical innovation.

- Strong proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support complex, data-intensive applications.

- Practical experience in leveraging LLMs and AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and Copilot to optimize development workflows and solve complex engineering challenges.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align engineering efforts with broader business goals.

- A minimum of 7 - 15 years of progressive experience in software engineering, with a track record of delivering high-impact products in a fast-paced environment.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.
