Engineering Head - Backend Technologies

Qualifications :

Expertise Required :

- Java programming and scalable backend development.

- API-first design, REST/GraphQL services, and third-party integrations.

- Strong experience with MACH architecture : Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless systems.

- Proven success in technology modernization and transformation projects.

- Agile Development and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

- Continuous Integration/Deployment, Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and DevOps culture.

- Secure Web Development, AI/Machine Learning, and Microservices/SOA.

- Change Management, Technology Governance, and Engineering Metrics.
