Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, experience managing engineering teams, and the ability to drive product delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead software architecture, development, and engineering best practices.

- Manage engineering teams, mentor developers, and support hiring initiatives.

- Collaborate with Product and Business teams to deliver high-quality software.

- Drive sprint planning, project execution, and release management.

- Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and reliability.

- Oversee engineering processes, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.

Required Skills :

- 10-15 years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in a leadership role.

- Strong experience in Java, Kotlin, Node.js, React.js, and cloud technologies.

- Expertise in system design, distributed systems, and software architecture.

- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with OTT, Smart TV, Android TV, Connected TV (CTV), or media platforms.

- Exposure to AdTech or digital advertising platforms is an added advantage.
