Role & responsibilities :

- Own engineering strategy, architecture, and delivery across all products and platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Drive planning and execution of engineering roadmaps, balancing speed, quality, scalability, and cost efficiency.

- Partner closely with Product, Business, AdTech, and OEM stakeholders to translate priorities into actionable technology solutions.

- Establish and maintain engineering best practices, including code quality, CI/CD, reliability, security, and operational excellence.

- Build and scale high-performing teams through hiring, performance management, coaching, and organizational development.

- Track and improve key engineering metrics, including delivery velocity, system reliability, infrastructure efficiency, and team productivity.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 10+ years of software engineering experience

- 5+ years leading engineering teams and managers

- Experience delivering complex products from concept to production

- Strong understanding of modern software architecture and cloud infrastructure

- Hands-on expertise in technologies such as Kotlin, Java, Node.js, React, and cloud platforms

- Proven ability to scale teams, processes, and engineering operations

Education:

- UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization

- PG: M.Tech in Any Specialization, MCA in Any Specialization, MS/M.Sc(Science) in Any Specialization
