Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Product Engineering :

- Architecture Ownership : Design and engineer scalable, elastic, and highly available distributed architectures using Java microservices, containerization, and modern Full Stack frameworks.

- API-First & Event-Driven Systems : Drive an API-first approach to software development and leverage Apache Kafka to build resilient, event-driven data streams across complex enterprise ecosystems.

- Complex Delivery & Operations : Take end-to-end operational ownership of core software products, driving engineering excellence, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and modern DevOps practices on AWS.

Domain Execution (Client Lifecycle Management) :

- Domain Alignment : Architect and deploy custom engineering solutions aligned with core CLM domains, including Client Party Master, Client Onboarding, KYC / CDD, Client Reviews, and Risk Assessment.

- Data Integration & Security : Ensure seamless, secure integration between front-end user experience layers, backend microservices, CRM platforms, and centralized party master datastores.

- Regulatory & Compliance Tech : Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Operations stakeholders to ensure platform designs comply with global banking, privacy, and regulatory mandates.

Team & Operational Management :

- Lead, mentor, and build high-performing engineering teams, establishing best practices around clean code, system architecture, performance optimization, and operational monitoring.

- Bridge business requirements and technical design, providing strategic direction, clear roadmaps, and predictable delivery timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile & Qualifications :

Core Technical Experience :

- Engineering Background : Proven expertise leading complex delivery, technical operations, and end-to-end product engineering in enterprise-scale environments.

Tech Stack :

- Core Languages & Frameworks : Java, Spring Boot, modern JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Angular, or Node.js Full Stack).

- Event Streaming & Integration : Apache Kafka, event-driven microservices, REST/gRPC API design.

- Cloud & Infrastructure : Amazon Web Services (AWS), serverless technologies, cloud-native storage, and network topologies.

- Containerization & DevOps : Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated CI/CD pipelines.

- Enterprise CRM : Experience integrating with enterprise CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Pegasystems) for workflow automation.

Architecture & System Design :

- Deep technical understanding of Java-based APIs, containerized deployments, and elastic distributed systems capable of scaling under high transactional volumes.

- Demonstrated mastery of fault tolerance, zero-downtime deployments, distributed caching, and microservice observability (tracing, logging, metrics).

Domain Knowledge (CLM) :

- Strong functional experience within Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), specifically covering one or more of the following area streams :

1. Client Party Master / Enterprise Data Management

2. Digital Client Onboarding & Workflow Automation

3. KYC (Know Your Customer) & CDD (Customer Due Diligence)

4. Periodic Client Reviews & Dynamic Risk Assessment frameworks
