Role Overview :

As an Engineer IAM, SSO & Certificate Management at Volto Consulting, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our clients' Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, and certificate management infrastructure.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security architects, application developers, and infrastructure engineers, to ensure secure and efficient access to critical resources.

Your work will directly contribute to enhancing our clients' security posture and improving the user experience for their employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement IAM solutions, including user provisioning, access controls, and role-based access management (RBAC), to ensure secure access to applications and data.

- Configure and maintain SSO solutions using protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect to streamline user authentication across multiple applications.

- Manage and automate certificate lifecycle management, including certificate generation, renewal, and revocation, to maintain secure communication channels.

- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM and SSO related issues, providing timely and effective support to end-users and application teams.

- Develop and maintain documentation for IAM and SSO processes and procedures to ensure consistent and repeatable operations.

- Conduct regular security assessments of IAM and SSO infrastructure to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.

- Collaborate with security architects to define and implement security policies and standards related to identity and access management.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM and SSO technologies and trends to continuously improve our clients' security posture.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using industry-leading platforms like Okta.

- Proven expertise in configuring and troubleshooting SSO solutions using protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.

- Strong understanding of certificate management principles and practices, including PKI infrastructure.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Chennai.
