Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Endpoint / MDM Engineer with 8 to 10 years of expertise in endpoint management, enterprise mobility, device security, and modern workplace solutions.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices using leading MDM/UEM platforms while ensuring compliance, security, and seamless end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and manage enterprise Endpoint Management and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.

- Administer and support Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), VMware Workspace ONE, or other UEM platforms.

- Configure and manage device enrollment, provisioning, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment.

- Manage Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager (ABM), Apple School Manager (if applicable), and Android Enterprise.

- Implement endpoint security policies, conditional access, BitLocker, FileVault, and device encryption standards.

- Deploy software updates, operating system patches, and security configurations across enterprise endpoints.

- Troubleshoot endpoint performance, device compliance issues, and enrollment failures.

- Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Networking, and Service Desk teams to resolve endpoint-related incidents.

- Monitor endpoint health, compliance reports, and system performance using enterprise monitoring tools.

- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell or similar scripting languages for endpoint administration.

- Maintain endpoint documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical knowledge articles.

- Ensure endpoint infrastructure complies with organizational security policies and industry best practices.

Required Skills:

- 8 to 10 years of experience in Endpoint Management, MDM, or Modern Workplace Administration.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), or Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).

- Experience with VMware Workspace ONE, Jamf Pro, or other enterprise MDM/UEM solutions.

- Strong knowledge of:

1. Windows 10/11 Administration

5. Azure Active Directory / Entra ID

6. Conditional Access Policies

7. Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

- Experience with software packaging and application deployment.

- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation.

- Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance, encryption, and Zero Trust principles.

- Experience with Group Policy (GPO), Active Directory, and Azure AD integration.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Defender Suite and Endpoint Security solutions.

- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and identity management.

- Experience integrating endpoint solutions with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.

- Exposure to automation and Infrastructure-as-Code practices is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102), Microsoft 365 Certified, Jamf Certified, or VMware Workspace ONE certifications are preferred.
