Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Solution Architect to design, guide, and oversee the delivery of end-to-end technical solutions across complex business environments. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teamsengineering, product, business, security, and operationsto ensure architectures are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with organizational goals. You will act as a key strategic partner, influencing technology decisions and driving architectural excellence across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define, design, and document enterprise-grade, scalable, and secure architectures for new and existing systems.

- Translate business requirements into actionable technical designs, architectural models, integration patterns, and solution roadmaps.

- Provide architectural leadership for development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, cloud services, integration approaches, and modernization strategies.

- Lead architecture reviews, ensure compliance with standards, and promote best practices in performance, reliability, and maintainability.

- Develop API architectures, microservices-based solutions, and event-driven systems as required.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to design CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks.

- Conduct POCs (Proof of Concepts) to validate concepts, assess feasibility, and de-risk projects.

- Guide teams on non-functional requirements such as security, scalability, observability, DR, and high availability.

- Mentor engineers, contribute to architectural governance, and support long-term technology planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).

- 8- 10 years of experience, with at least 3+ years in a solution or enterprise architecture role.

- Strong expertise in microservices, APIs, integration patterns, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java, .NET, Node.js, Python).

- Hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), messaging systems, and DevOps tooling.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
