Job Overview :


We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated ServiceNow Technical Lead to oversee and drive the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role demands a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and the ability to lead a team of developers while interfacing with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-level solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions, including requirements analysis, architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

- Customize and configure out-of-the-box applications, build new modules, and integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Mentor and guide junior ServiceNow developers and administrators.

- Ensure platform best practices, code quality, and performance optimization.

- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and release notes.

- Evaluate new ServiceNow releases and assess impact on existing functionalities


Proficient in :


- ServiceNow Scripting: Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc.

- Flow Designer, Workflows, and Orchestration

- ServiceNow IntegrationHub

- Experience with integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, SSO, OAuth2, etc.)

- Good understanding of CMDB design and best practices.

- Knowledge of Service Portal, Catalog Items, Widgets, and UI Policies.

- Hands-on experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework) is a plus.

- Proficient with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
