Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead or participate in the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery modules.

- Engage with HR stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

- Configure and customize HR Case Management, HR Knowledge, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Surveys.

- Build and optimize Employee Journeys, Playbooks, and Universal Request flows.

- Design and implement HR workflows, notifications, and approvals using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.

- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to align digital workflows with organizational goals.

- Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with external systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or PeopleSoft using APIs.

- Design and develop custom widgets, catalog items, and enhance Employee Center Portal (ECP).

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to ServiceNow HRSD modules.

- Ensure solution compliance with security, privacy, and data handling policies (especially for PII).

- Prepare and maintain documentation for configurations, development, and procedures.

- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and releases.


Must-Have Technical Skills :


- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules :


1. Case and Knowledge Management

2. Employee Service Center (ESC) / Employee Center Pro

3. Lifecycle Events

4. Playbook Experience

5. HR Agent Workspace

6. Universal Request

- Proficient in :


1. Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, HR Integrations

2. Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies

3. Service Portal customization and widget development

- Familiarity with ServiceNow security and role management, especially HR-related access controls

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with HR platforms like :

1. Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP HR, Oracle HCM, etc.

2. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, IntegrationHub

- Exposure to Data Load, Transform Maps, and Update Sets


Good to Have (Optional) :


- Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework)

- Knowledge of Virtual Agent and AI Search in HRSD context

- Experience in ServiceNow Mobile Studio for HR use cases

- Familiarity with HR Compliance and Auditing requirements

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD Preferred

- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification Plus

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to translate HR business requirements into technical deliverables

- Collaborative mindset with experience in Agile/Scrum environments

- High attention to detail and data sensitivity (especially with PII)

- Self-starter with a passion for improving employee experience
