Key Responsibilities :
- Translate HR business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Build and maintain custom HRSD applications, workflows, and integrations to streamline HR service delivery.
- Configure HR case management, knowledge bases, employee portal, and dashboards.
- Develop self-service experiences for employees, improving accessibility and efficiency of HR services.
- Integrate HRSD platforms with core HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, etc.) and third party applications using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data privacy standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) within HRSD implementations.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior developers.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.
- Document designs, workflows, configurations, and technical procedures.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to HRSD applications.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement by adopting new features, updates, and innovations in the HRSD platform.
Qualifications :
- Strong expertise in HRSD platforms such as ServiceNow HRSD (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with HRSD modules : Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Center/Service Portal, Lifecycle Events, and Onboarding.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages : JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Python (preferred).
- Experience in developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, SSO, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, workflows, and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or PeopleSoft.
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git, Jenkins, etc.)
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred/Good to Have :
- ITIL v4 Certification.
- Experience in employee experience design, UX/UI within HRSD portals.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework).
- Exposure to AI, chatbots, and virtual agent solutions in HR service delivery.
