We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer with 3 to 8 years of experience in automotive embedded systems and AUTOSAR communication. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with SOME/IP, ECU integration, secure communication, and AUTOSAR memory services, along with strong debugging and integration skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, integrate, and debug embedded software components for automotive ECUs.
- Work on AUTOSAR communication stack and service-oriented communication using SOME/IP.
- Support ECU integration, configuration, and communication testing across automotive systems.
- Implement and troubleshoot secure communication mechanisms including SecOC, TLS, and message authentication.
- Work with AUTOSAR memory services including NvM and understand EEPROM-based data storage.
- Analyze and optimize RAM/ROM allocation and memory utilization.
- Debug communication, integration, and software issues across ECU and vehicle environments.
- Collaborate with system, architecture, testing, and other embedded teams to resolve integration issues.
- Perform software testing, validation, and defect analysis throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with automotive coding and development standards.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to software design, integration, and testing.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 38 years of experience in Automotive Embedded Software Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with AUTOSAR communication and SOME/IP.
- Experience in ECU integration and debugging.
- Strong understanding of SecOC, TLS, and message authentication.
- Hands-on experience with NvM and EEPROM.
- Good understanding of RAM/ROM allocation and memory management in embedded systems.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of automotive communication and embedded software concepts.
- Experience working with automotive development and testing tools.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred :
- Experience with AUTOSAR Classic Platform and communication stack configuration.
- Knowledge of CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet, and other automotive communication protocols.
- Exposure to functional safety and cybersecurity standards such as ISO 26262 and ISO/SAE 21434.
- Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 20 days are preferred.
