Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Embedded C firmware for microcontroller-based systems.
- Create and maintain Python-based automation scripts for test and validation environments.
- Design, develop, and debug embedded software for digital and analog SoC peripherals.
- Work with ADC, Comparator, PWM, and other embedded peripherals.
- Develop firmware for ARM Cortex-M series-based microcontrollers.
- Implement and troubleshoot communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, and other serial interfaces.
- Perform board bring-up, debugging, and validation using laboratory equipment including SMUs, MSOs, DMMs, and Arbitrary Function Generators (AFGs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional hardware, validation, and system engineering teams to ensure successful product development.
- Analyze system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and support product verification activities.
Required Skills:
- 4-6 years of experience in embedded firmware development.
- Strong fundamentals in Electronics and Embedded Systems.
- Proficiency in Embedded C programming.
- Experience with Python scripting for automation and testing.
- Good understanding of digital and analog SoC blocks, including ADC, Comparator, and PWM.
- Hands-on experience with ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers.
- Strong knowledge of communication interfaces such as I2C, SPI, and UART.
- Experience using laboratory test equipment including SMUs, MSOs, DMMs, and AFGs.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with embedded product validation and test automation.
- Familiarity with hardware debugging and board bring-up.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced engineering environment.
