Embedded Engineer Lead

Job Description :

Lead embedded engineering for autonomous marine platforms. Own firmware, PCB design, board bring-up, power electronics, hardware integration, debugging, validation, field testing and collaborate with software, robotics and mechanical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of firmware, PCB design, and board bring-up for autonomous marine platforms

- Collaborate with software, robotics, and mechanical teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components

- Design, develop, and test power electronics and hardware integration

- Debug, validate, and conduct field testing of autonomous marine platforms

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues

Required Skills :

- 8-10 years of experience in Embedded C, PCB design, board bring-up, RTOS, power electronics, ARM/STM32/NXP, hardware debugging, SPI/I2C/UART/CAN

- Strong understanding of embedded systems, hardware development, and software integration

- Experience working with autonomous systems, preferably in the automotive, aerospace, defense, or robotics industries

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working with autonomous marine platforms or similar systems

- Knowledge of robotics, mechanical engineering, and software development

- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies for embedded systems development
