Role Summary :

Engineer-I will support development, integration, debugging, and testing activities for OpenWrt/OpenWiFi-based enterprise Access Point software platforms under guidance from senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and debug OpenWrt-based features/applications.

- Support enterprise Wi-Fi feature integration and testing.

- Assist in debugging networking and wireless issues.

- Support firmware/package build activities.

- Perform feature validation and regression testing.

- Work with senior engineers on AP-side development tasks.

Required Skills :

Mandatory :

- 1- 10 years of embedded Linux/OpenWrt experience

- Good C/C++ programming knowledge

- Basic understanding of :

a. Linux systems

b. Networking concepts

c. TCP/IP

d. Wi-Fi fundamentals

- Familiarity with :

a. VLAN concepts

b. Enterprise SSID configurations

- Basic RADIUS/captive portal concepts

- Linux command line and shell scripting knowledge

- Basic debugging knowledge

Preferred :

- Exposure to OpenWrt

- Exposure to QCA or ARHT Wi-Fi platforms

- Understanding of enterprise AP concepts

- Familiarity with Git and embedded build systems
