Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer with 5 - 7 years of experience in embedded software development and strong expertise in C/C++, RTOS, and embedded audio systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with audio frameworks, hardware interfaces, debugging, and software integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and optimize embedded audio software using C/C++ and RTOS.

- Work with audio frameworks such as ALSA, SOF, and OpenMAX.

- Develop and integrate audio solutions using I2S, TDM, and PCM interfaces.

- Work with audio codecs, DSPs, and embedded audio processing.

- Perform software debugging, testing, validation, and hardware integration.

- Analyze and troubleshoot audio and system-level issues across software and hardware.

- Use CRO/Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, and Audio Precision tools for debugging and validation.

- Review and work with hardware schematics and component datasheets to support software-hardware integration.

- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, QA, and cross-functional engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.

- Contribute to software design, build, CI/CD, unit testing, and release activities.

- Participate in code reviews and follow established software development and quality processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 - 7 years of experience in Embedded Software Development.

- Strong hands-on programming experience in C/C++.

- Good understanding and hands-on experience with RTOS.

- Strong experience in embedded audio software development.

- Hands-on experience with ALSA, SOF, and/or OpenMAX.

- Experience with I2S, TDM, and PCM audio interfaces.

- Good understanding of audio codecs and DSP concepts.

- Experience with embedded software debugging and hardware integration.

- Hands-on experience with Oscilloscope/CRO, Logic Analyzer, and Audio Precision.

- Ability to understand and work with hardware schematics and datasheets.

- Experience with Git, CMake, CI/CD, and unit testing.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
