Job Description :

As part of the Identity Team, you will build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while delivering effective IAM solutions. You will design and implement architectures and processes for legacy application decommissioning, configure identity management solutions, and drive successful implementation in line with business requirements.

Responsibilities :

- Design and implement IAM architectures and processes to support legacy application decommissioning.

- Develop and configure Saviynt and SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions based on client requirements.

- Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.

- Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes, workflows, connectors, and integrations.

- Develop custom connectors and integrate IAM solutions with third-party systems.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure solutions meet or exceed client expectations.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

- Strong hands-on implementation experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and familiarity with Saviynt solutions.

- Expertise in IAM concepts, identity lifecycle management, workflows, connectors, and integrations.

- Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy IAM solutions.

- Knowledge of Java, BeanShell scripting, LDAP, Active Directory (AD), and SQL is preferred.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, B.Tech, M.Tech, or a related field.
