Eloelo - Senior Software Engineer - Java/Spring Boot

Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable RESTful services and APIs using Java + Spring Boot.

- Build and own complex backend components in a high-concurrency, low-latency environment.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, and DevOps teams to ship features at scale.

- Lead efforts in high-level design (HLD) and low-level design (LLD) documentation.

- Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, and continuous refactoring.

- Optimize backend systems for performance, reliability, and fault-tolerance.

Requirements :

- 2-7 years of backend development experience, primarily with Java + Spring Boot.

- Strong knowledge of OOPs, data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and multithreading.

- Experience working with Relational (MySQL/Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) databases.

- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and system design.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills, with a passion for performance tuning.

Bonus Points If You Have :

- Exposure to Firebase, Web Sockets, or real-time systems.

- Experience breaking a monolith into microservices.

- Worked in a high-growth startup environment
