Job Description :

Function : Data Science and Analysis / Data Analysis / Business Intelligence, Microsoft Excel,Power BI ,Python RSQL

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer who can design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards and analytical reports. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data modeling, DAX, and Power BI service, with strong analytical thinking and the ability to work with large datasets.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports according to business requirements.

- Create data models, implement DAX calculations/measures, and optimize data structures for performance.

- Connect and integrate data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc. ).

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.

- Publish reports to Power BI Service, manage workspaces, and configure data refresh schedules.

- Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure accuracy of reports.

- Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and visualization best practices.

- Troubleshoot issues, investigate data anomalies, and ensure timely resolutions.

- Maintain proper documentation of datasets, metrics, and report logic.

Requirements :

- Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

- Hands-on experience with : DAX functions, Power Query (M language), Data modeling (Star schema, Snowflake schema).

- Experience working with SQL and relational databases.

- Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.

- Ability to work with large datasets and transform raw data into meaningful insights.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, etc. ) is a plus.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.

- Experience with SSIS, SSRS, or SSAS.

- Understanding of business KPIs and performance metrics.

- Ability to implement row-level security (RLS) in Power BI.

Eligibility :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience.
