Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Development Engineer - Full Stack with expertise in React JS to join our Wholesale Credit Risk team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining complex financial applications, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our business.

This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Full Stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Java for the back-end and React JS for the front-end.

- System Integration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various systems and ensure seamless data flow and functionality.

- Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Performance Optimization : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

- Requirement Analysis : Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.

- Testing and Debugging : Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the applications.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed software, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.

- Security : Implement security best practices to protect sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
