Project context :

We are seeking a senior Master Data Management (MDM) expert to support a globally distributed team between India and Hungary.

The consultant will be based in Hyderabad, working closely with MDM Operations and Governance to streamline master data processes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure audit-ready, compliant data management.

The role is both operational and strategic, requiring strong SAP MDM expertise and the ability to challenge and enhance existing ways of working.

Project roles and responsibilities :

- 8 - 10+ years in MDM with strong SAP as core platform

- Deep expertise in Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, Employee & Contractor master data

- Proven experience in Restricted Party Screening (RPS), metrics, reporting, and compliance

- Global exposure, ideally India/EU, and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Strategic, proactive mindset; challenges decisions and improves processes/DTPs

Goals and deliverables :

- Able to lead and mentor junior team members while remaining hands-on

- ERP transformation/migration experience is a strong plus

- Professional English; familiarity with Coupa, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, SAP CFIN is a bonus
