Job Description :

- 7 to 10+ years of experience in enterprise data migration and integration from SAP ECC or Oracle to cloud platforms.

- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark with expertise in ETL/ELT processes, ontology, and semantic modeling.

- Palantir Foundry hands-on experience is strongly preferred (ex-Palantir FDE ideal), though not gated on Foundry tenure.

- Leads a Billing sub-stream or the Finance migration and holds cross-domain contracts between Billing and Pricing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end enterprise data migration and integration programs from SAP ECC, Oracle, and other legacy ERP systems to cloud platforms.

- Own and deliver the Finance migration or lead the Billing data migration workstream within a larger transformation program.

- Define and manage data contracts across business domains, particularly between Billing, Pricing, Finance, and related enterprise systems.

- Design, develop, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL, and PySpark.

- Build robust data models leveraging ontology, semantic modeling, and metadata-driven approaches to improve data consistency and business understanding.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and engineering teams to define migration strategy, data quality standards, and governance processes.

- Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, validation, and successful cutover during migration activities.

- Mentor engineering teams and establish best practices for data engineering, integration, and migration delivery.

Required Qualifications :

- 710+ years of experience in enterprise data migration, integration, or data engineering.

- Proven experience migrating enterprise data from SAP ECC, Oracle, or similar ERP systems to modern cloud platforms.

- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and PySpark.

- Hands-on experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale enterprise data.

- Strong understanding of data modeling, ontology, semantic modeling, and enterprise data architecture.

- Experience managing complex cross-functional data dependencies and business domain integrations.

- Ability to lead workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver migration milestones in enterprise transformation programs.
