Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Lead Node.js Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality financial applications. The ideal candidate must have substantial experience in the Finance, FinTech, or Banking domain, with in-depth knowledge of security, compliance, and reliable transaction processing. This role involves technical leadership, team collaboration, and hands-on development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of developers in building scalable backend systems using Node.js.

- Architect and develop full-stack solutions with Next.js.

- Design, deploy, and optimize cloud-native applications on AWS.

- Ensure financial-grade security, data protection, and compliance standards.

- Oversee code quality, conduct code reviews, and guide best practices.

- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams.

- Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability.

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js (including leadership responsibilities).

- Strong expertise in Next.js for full-stack development.

- Proven experience with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.).

- Mandatory experience in Finance, FinTech, or Banking domain.

- Deep understanding of secure coding, encryption, authentication, and compliance.

- Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.

- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
